Schools serviced through IMA have access to the following services:
- A designated claims representative assigned to each school account
- A claims manual with claims reporting information
- Review of loss runs for claims development on a quarterly basis or as needed
- Tracking of claims with total incurred reserves over $25,000 or whenever red flags or questionable claims are identified
- An IMA claims representative to act as a Liaison between the client and carrier/adjuster with regards to questions/concerns or problem claims
