Claims services available include:

Claim Adjustment/Administration – the investigation, evaluation, negotiation and settlement of claims to satisfy the requirements of the insurance policy or self-insured contract and applicable local statutes.

Claim Management – proactive coordination, monitoring and guidance of all aspects of insurance losses – i.e. medical case management, reserve management, cost containment, litigation management, etc. – to ensure optimal claim handling in accordance with policy provisions and statutory requirements.

Claim Processing – facilitation claims handling, which involves the initial steps of recording, reporting, limited monitoring of claims, providing loss runs and claim reports to clients, and assuring prompt and efficient insurance carrier involvement.
