IMA Private Client Services focuses on developing solutions for the unique insurance needs of high net worth individuals and their families.  Our services include a full review of your current insurance program as well as an analysis of your exposures.

The IMA “Personal Risk Assessment”

• IMA associate(s) will consult with you and/or your family office in a manner determined by you - in person at a location of your choice or via phone/email/fax - to discuss your needs and review your existing policies.
• We’ll take a “fresh look” by analyzing your current exposures, discussing possible coverage gaps and suggesting risk management strategies available.
• Your overall account will be marketed to appropriate carriers to provide tailored solutions and options to be considered.
• Annual written reviews are available, and personal visits are provided as requested.

• Custom Home and Vacation Home - providing broad coverage well beyond conventional policies.
• Residential Appraisal Services - administered by trained professionals - through IMA insurance carriers - specializing in unique architectural and interior design as well as historic home valuation.
• Collectibles – including jewelry, fine art collections and wine collections.
• Art Collection Management - including professional collection maintenance programs for large collections of art, jewelry and antiques.  For smaller collections, a management software program may be available.
• Automobile/Collector Autos – providing responsive claim service.  High performance/specialty auto and large collection policies also available.
• Watercraft - coverage designed to provide comprehensive protection in the use of yachts, mega yachts and performance vessels.
• Aircraft and Aviation - access to property coverage for aircraft or aviation liability for ownership, use or operation of aircraft.
• Excess Liability - worldwide coverage with limits up to $100 million for you as well as family members.
• Kidnap and Ransom Coverage - protects you and your immediate family with comprehensive coverage for kidnap, ransom and extortion threat - both financially and by providing access to leading experts in crisis mitigation.
• Personal Director’s Liability Insurance - personal asset protection for the independent director in the most litigious D&O liability environment in history.
• Employment Practices Liability Insurance - protects you against wrongful employment acts such as wrongful termination, sexual harassment and discrimination with domestic employees.  May also provide coverage for costs associated with control of reputational injury.
• Worker’s Compensation Coverage/Employers Liability Insurance - provides coverage for domestic employees such as nannies, housekeepers and gardeners.
