In an effort to maximize the expertise and related effectiveness of our associates, IMA has developed specialized departments to assist our Insureds in the dynamics of program design and marketing.

By utilizing a team of specialists, IMA has developed excellent relationships with quality carriers that enhance our ability to negotiate comprehensive risk management programs at competitive pricing.

IMA represents financially sound carriers and has strategic partnerships with key wholesale brokers to access the Excess & Surplus Lines markets.

Specialists in each of the above departments share common goals:

2) Keep abreast of market changes and development of new products
3) Obtain competitive pricing by line of coverage
4) Educate our clients on the program options offered

Strategy

The IMA marketing philosophy is to design, with your input, what we believe is an optimal program structure with the following key components:

1) Select a limited number of key markets that we feel can deliver the desired product and services
2) Present of a complete underwriting package of quality information
3) Request underwriters' commitments to time frames
4) Narrow underwriter selection and conduct face-to-face meetings (We always invite our clients to participate in the meetings with underwriters.)

Our marketing specialists will be an integral part of the IMA service team that will work with you in the design of your risk management program.
