In the News | Employees of IMA Financial Group Join Associated General Contractors of Kansas and Kansas Contractors Association Board of Directors

IMA of Kansas, Inc., the 13th largest independently owned retail insurance broker in the U.S., today announced that Bret Burton, an account executive in IMA’s construction practice, has been appointed to the Associated General Contractors of Kansas board of directors. Tim Heffel, the director of IMA’s Kansas construction practice, was recently appointed to the board of directors for the Kansas Contractors Association.

“IMA is dedicated to the construction industry in Wichita and the surrounding states,” said Jeff Grace, president of IMA of Kansas.  “Our involvement with industry associations underscores our commitment to advocating for programs and legislation that stimulate the construction industry and the Kansas economy.”

Burton represents the associate members of the Associated General Contractors of Kansas, and Heffel represents the associate members of the Kansas Contractors Association. By holding leadership positions with Kansas construction trade associations, IMA remains involved with industry developments and can better assist construction industry clients with insurance and risk management programs.
