In the News | IMA Hires Kyle A. Bailey as Benefits Vice President

IMA of Texas, Inc., a retail insurance broker and risk management firm, today announced that Kyle A. Bailey joined the company as a vice president for employee benefits and property and casualty insurance.  IMA of Texas, Inc., is part of The IMA Financial Group, Inc., a diversified financial services company specializing in insurance, asset and risk management with 460 employees and offices in seven markets across the nation.

Bailey has more than 12 years experience helping companies throughout the Southwest implement employee benefits programs that benefit both employees and the bottom line.  He is skilled at conducting employee benefits plan reviews and strategy development, as well as helping employers evaluate plan design and pricing alternatives. At IMA, he will be responsible for benefit client sales and service activities for fully insured and self-funded employers. 

Bailey previously held an employee benefits executive position with the Dallas arm of a national insurance brokerage.  He has extensive experience working at both regional and national brokerages, and he has also worked as an employee benefits underwriter.  Bailey holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi.
