• IMA, Inc. - the 11th largest independently owned retail insurance broker in the U.S. (based on 2010 Business Insurance Top 100 list).  IMA offers a full range of risk management related products with 6 offices in Colorado, Kansas, Texas and Wisconsin.  An Assurex Global partner, IMA is part of a network of insurance professionals reaching over 80 countries.
• Signature Select LLC – a subsidiary of IMA, providing personal insurance services and business insurance solutions for small to mid-sized organizations.
• Towerstone, Inc - a Wholesale Insurance Broker and Managing General Agency with expertise in a broad spectrum of industries, specializing in energy and construction. Towerstone is based in Dallas, Texas with an office in San Antonio.
• TrueNorth, Inc. (TNI, www.truenorthcorp.com), a subsidiary of The IMA Financial Group, Inc., is registered as an Investment Advisory firm with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and provides professional asset management and investment consulting services.  TrueNorth Securities, Inc.(TNSI), a subsidiary of TNI and Member FINRA, is a broker dealer firm specializing in company retirement plan solutions for businesses.  In addition, TNSI is an insurance agency specializing in life, long-term care and disability insurance.  TNI and TNSI services are available only where permitted by applicable law and regulation.
