Darrin Weber
President: IMA of Texas, Inc.
 
Darrin oversees the insurance and surety bond operations for the Dallas office. He is also a member of the board of directors for IMA, Inc.
 
Darrin earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics and Accounting from Northern State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
 
Before joining IMA in 2004, Darrin spent nine years with a large national broker as Senior Vice President, where he oversaw construction insurance and surety bond operations. Prior to that, he was with another larger broker for four years, where he supervised a fourteen state territory with more than 150 accounts, specializing in surety underwriting for large contractors.
 
Business and community involvement are very important to Darrin. He is an active member of TEXO, the North Texas Chapters of the Association of General Contractors (AGC) and Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), Certified Financial Management Association (CFMA), and American Subcontractors Association (ASA). He is also an original founding member and active participant of the Steering Committee of the Contractor Development Alliance (CDA) and Chairman of the Insurance & Risk Management Committee of the National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP).
 
Darrin serves as the Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors, as well as a Wish Granter, for Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Texas.
