
Role:
Primary responsibility for technical and consulting and operations relationship with clients for Health Risk Management practice. They integrate with Benefits Account management team to support clients. The Account Executive assists Producer in closing new business.

| 30% | Serve as Account Executive for the health risk management practice and as resource on specific areas unique to the Practice on behalf of Clients and Prospects as appropriate including program planning, implementation and servicing and ensuring workflow standards are maintained. This also includes conducting periodic program reports and reviews to ensure the adequacy of the client's program design. | E | |
| 20% | Conduct strategic consulting practice activities on behalf of Clients and IMA using applied knowledge and skills as the Account Executive. | E | |
| 20% | Develop and maintain proactive communication level with clients, production staff and other associates. This includes handling client and/or service provider questions and/or issues concerning services rendered or referring complaints of service failures to the appropriate management staff for investigation and resolution. | E | |
| 10% | Technical and consulting role for new business. Support Producers in closing new business. | E | |
| 10% | Develop service strategies tailored to meet client's needs & coordinate the services of other IMA departments (Risk Management, Claims, Surety, Benefits, etc) as indicated. | E | |
| 10% | Support specific Practice marketing strategy for all business including cultivating and maintaining excellent communication with insurance markets, service providers as well as developing products to enhance client program success. | E | |

| Experience: |
Five years to ten years of similar or related experience. |

Equivalent to a college degree. |

| Interpersonal Skills: | The ability to motivate or influence others is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust. Obtaining cooperation (internally and/or externally) is an important part of the job. | ||
| Other Skills: |
Excellent communication skills required for sales proposals, building client relationships, negotiating renewals and presentation development. Bachelor's Degree and/or over 5 years of worksite health promotion, health behavior/health education, public health healthcare administration, and exercise/nutrition/health risk reduction required. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong computer skills, mathematical abilities and reasoning skills, strong common sense and the ability to handle standard situations and prioritize multiple tasks. Willingness to complete additional duties and take on additional responsibility as the need arises. |
