
To handle the entire insurance company accounts payable function for Wichita, Kansas City, Denver and Dallas operations. Other duties as time permits.

| 95% | Insurance company accounts payable function for all locations' operations to include: mailing account currents, paying company statements and communication with company personnel. | E | |
| 5% | Help with Accounting Department tasks as needed. | E | |

1. The accounts payable function is completed in an accurate and timely manner. |

| Knowledge and Skills: | |||
| Experience: |
Six months to two years of similar or related experience. |

| Education: |
Equivalent to a two year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school. |

| Interpersonal Skills: | Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. | ||
| Other Skills: |
Much data entry required. Good communication skills. 10 key calculator by touch. Above average math and computer proficiency required. Two years of experience handling insurance company payables from the agency side. |
