
Role:
Actively participate in team consisting of an Account Executive, Account Analyst and Account Manager in coordinating and providing IMA services to our clients. Continually seeks ways to improve processes.

| 25% | Marketing: Prepares RFP's and proposals with guidance. | E | |
| 25% | Analysis: Organizes quotes as they are received and prepares comparisons. | E | |
| 20% | Renewal Process: Initiates the renewal process. Requests data from the carriers and clients. Participates in renewal document preparation. | E | |
| 15% | Claims Reporting: Orders claims reports from carriers. Orders data for claims analysis software. | E | |
| 10% | Systems Maintenance: Inputs and updates agency systems and electronic files. | E | |
| 5% | Accounts Receivable: Completes commission worksheet and revenue tracking form with guidance. Monitors comissions received. | E | |

Up to six months of similar or related experience. |

| Education: |
Equivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at business or trade school. |
