

Anita Z. Bourke is President of IMA of Kansas, Inc. overseeing the IMA insurance and risk management offices in Wichita, Kansas City and Topeka. Mrs. Bourke spent 17 years in leadership positions for a national insurance brokerage before joining IMA in 2004. She also has managed a reinsurance brokerage firm and has experience in insurance company underwriting for commercial accounts.
Mrs. Bourke is active in insurance industry leadership having served as National President of the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) Society which is the premier professional insurance industry organization with nearly 30,000 members worldwide who have met the established requirements for experience, education, and ethics. She is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the CPCU Loman Education Foundation.
Mrs. Bourke is active in community organizations and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce. Before moving to Wichita, she was a Board Member of the Seattle Chamber of Commerce and a founding member of the Northwest Industry Executives Board which assists the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.
Mrs. Bourke is a native of Columbus, Ohio and a graduate of the University of Alabama in Business and the Wharton Advanced Executive Education Program.
