David L. Strohm is the President and CEO of TrueNorth, Inc., a subsidiary of IMA that provides professional, fee-based investment management and asset allocation services.
David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Washburn University, and is a graduate of the Southern Methodist University Graduate School of Banking.
A native of Lyons, Kansas, David has led TrueNorth since its inception in 1999. His career includes 23 years at Kansas' largest bank holding company, where he served as Treasurer and Executive Vice President with responsibilities for over $3 billion in client and company assets. David was with PaineWebber for three years.
He has been a member of several other boards and committees in the state and in the community. He currently serves as Vice Chairman and Treasurer of Via Christi Health System, and is a member of the board of directors of Kansas Wildscape and the Kansas Securities Commissioner's Advisory Council.
